The venue was set in the central position adjacent to attactions in a beautiful town, and main shops, restaurants, bow river trail. Furthermore, to the Banff downtown core. Choose a double room with bathroom. We had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

Wonderful location with easy access to attractions.
The mattress in the bunk bed was uncomfortable, and it was unsuitable for older adults, despite indicating that four adults would be staying. There was no flexibility regarding check-in time. The staff seemed uninterested in providing assistance or accommodating our requests.

The Beautiful King Room was comfy with a great bed and good space. There was some noise from the showers in adjacent rooms, which woke us up a bit. The room had everything we needed for a cozy stay. A nice outdoor area to relax in after a long day. Susan, and we loved the unique breakfast she prepared each morning.
